Her Backstory!
Kari (Born as Katherine) was born to two loving parents, Sylvia and Kevin Joseph; Her parents, had tried for awhile to have a baby, then they had Kari. She remembers very little about her early childhood with her birth parents. She has some pictures from that time to remember what they were like. When she was two years old, they were driving home from a family party, they got into a severe car accident. The aftermath, leaving Kari with minimal damage, but her parents, did not make it. From then she went into the custody of her Aunt Jessica and Uncle Anthony. During which, her personality had shifted from a bubbly happy toddler to a shy reserved child. Due to the constant arguing between her Aunt and Uncle, her Uncle became a rock for her during this time. With her Aunt blaming Kari for her sister's death in the accident. Seeing that this environment was not best for Kari, and that there were no other relatives who were able to take in the child. Anthony reached out to a family friend who had possibly wanted to begin fostering. And she would stay with them for a little bit before finally meeting her adoptive family, Jeremy and Meghan Tyler. The rest of her childhood, once she was adopted by the Tyler's had been like a dream. From what her Uncle had told her parents, they had her seeing a therapist to talk about everything that happened with her Aunt. Despite that, her personality had shifted for the better, still a little shy, but after a little bit she had began to open up to new friends and her parents.Currently, Kari lives on her own with her pet cat Cheeto (yes he is orange, and we love him for this). Kari used to be the lead singer of a band, before taking a step back due to COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). She works most of the time at home, when she doesn't volunteer at the local library.
